Jessica Freeman
Director, Communications and Stakeholder Relations
Jessica Freeman is a strategic communicator with 25 years of leadership experience working in fast-paced, complex and diverse government, corporate and non-profit environments.
Jessica has held senior Communications roles within both the public and private sectors where she led media relations, strategic communications and digital marketing and design teams. She has taught media training for C-suite executives and has worked with major local, national and international media outlets to tell authentic stories and raise organizational public awareness. In previous roles, Jessica led the development of complex corporate communications plans and international, award-winning mass advertising campaigns.
As the College’s Director, Communications and Stakeholder Relations, Jessica is responsible for advancing key stakeholder relationships and overseeing all strategic communications activities to assist the College in performing its statutory mandate to regulate the immigration consulting profession in the public interest.
Jessica is a volunteer member of the Digital Media & Lifestyle Program Advisory Committee at Centennial College and was previously a member of the Corporate Communications & Public Relations Program Advisory Committee. Jessica is a frequent guest speaker at industry events and at Ontario universities and colleges in the areas of stakeholder relations, crisis communications and media relations.
