EPE Dates & Deadlines
All times stated on the website are in Eastern Time (ET).
March 12, 2025 Exam Date
- Complete the Qualification Application on the College Portal, and pay the qualification fee by February 4, 2025, to allow time for the College to process the application. Qualification Applications submitted after this date may not meet the deadline for the Registration Application.
- Deadline to complete the Registration Application, pay the Registration Fee and submit the Assessment Accommodation Request Verification Form, if required: February 19, 2025.
- Deadline to submit a deferral request to a later exam date and pay the deferral fee: March 7, 2025.
June 11, 2025 Exam Date
- Complete the Qualification Application on the College Portal, and pay the qualification fee by May 6, 2025, to allow time for the College to process the application. Qualification Applications submitted after this date may not meet the deadline for the Registration Application.
- Deadline to complete the Registration Application, pay the Registration Fee and submit the Assessment Accommodation Request Verification Form, if required: May 21, 2025.
- Deadline to submit a deferral request to a later exam date and pay the deferral fee: June 6, 2025.
September 24, 2025 Exam Date
- Complete the Qualification Application on the College Portal, and pay the qualification fee by August 19, 2025, to allow time for the College to process the application. Qualification Applications submitted after this date may not meet the deadline for the Registration Application.
- Deadline to complete the Registration Application, pay the Registration Fee and submit the Assessment Accommodation Request Verification Form, if required: September 3, 2025.
- Deadline to submit a deferral request to a later exam date and pay the deferral fee: September 19, 2025.
December 10, 2025 Exam Date
- Complete the Qualification Application on the College Portal, and pay the qualification fee by November 4, 2025, to allow time for the College to process the application. Qualification Applications submitted after this date may not meet the deadline for the Registration Application.
- Deadline to complete the Registration Application, pay the Registration Fee and submit the Assessment Accommodation Request Verification Form, if required: November 19, 2025.
- Deadline to submit a deferral request to a later exam date and pay the deferral fee: December 5, 2025.
Log into the College Portal to
- Submit your Qualification Application.
- Pay a non-refundable $75 EPE Application fee.
- Submit your Registration Application.
- Pay your Exam fee of $425 if this is your first attempt, or $325 if this is a subsequent attempt.
Important Information
- Payment is to be made by credit card.
- All fees are due within 72 hours of being invoiced.
- If you do not pay your fees in a timely manner, your exam application will be declined for non-payment.
