How to Register:
Licensees who wish to attend in person must register before 5:00 pm ET on November 7, 2025. Online registration closes November 21, 2025, at 11:59 pm ET.
Seating is limited and there is a cost associated with your attendance, so we will reallocate your spot to someone on the in-person waiting list if you cannot attend. Should you be unable to attend in person after registering, please be sure to cancel by clicking the button below by November 21, 2025.

If you wish to appoint a proxy holder, you must submit a completed proxy form by 5:00 pm ET on November 21, 2025, to the Corporate Secretary at secretariat@college-ic.ca.

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT the Annual General Meeting (Meeting) of Licensees of the COLLEGE OF IMMIGRATION AND CITIZENSHIP CONSULTANTS (College) will be held virtually and in person at the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre, 136 8th Avenue SE, Calgary, Alberta T2G 0K6, on Thursday, November 27, 2025, at 1:30 pm (Mountain Time), for the following purposes:
- To approve the minutes of the AGM of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants held on December 5, 2024
2. To receive the Interim President & CEO’s presentation of the Annual Report
3. To receive the Interim Chairperson's address to the Meeting
4. To introduce the Board of Directors to the licensees
5. To permit licensees to ask questions of the Board and leadership team of the College
