How will this role support our team?

The incumbent is responsible for triaging, tracking and responding to inbound inquiries from the public, licensees, media and other stakeholders. The incumbent serves as the primary point of contact for incoming communications and ensures timely, accurate, and consistent responses aligned with the College’s regulatory mandate. The incumbent further supports the coordination of complex or sensitive inquiries across internal teams and helps maintain high service standards for public-facing communications.


Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)

  • Lead the intake and triage of inbound inquiries, ensuring requests are assessed, categorized, prioritized, and directed to appropriate subject matter experts.
  • Lead the development and implementation of service standards, response protocols, and turnaround time expectations, including service level agreements where appropriate.
  • Create, organize, and maintain a centralized knowledge management resource to improve consistency, reduce duplication, and strengthen access to current information.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on inquiry activity, service performance, trends, and operational risks to support planning and evidence backed decision-making.
  • Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to staff on intake processes, documentation standards, and knowledge resources.
  • Recommend and support improvements to systems, processes, and tools to strengthen service delivery, streamline workflow, and improve the user experience.

This role will support our team by providing:

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends, assess issues, and develop practical recommendations to support timely, consistent, and effective responses.
  • Time management and prioritization skills to prioritize conflicting demands and commitments.
  • Organizational stills to independently plan and organize daily activities.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in public administration, communications, policy, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience managing or responding to high volumes of public or stakeholder inquiries.
  • Bilingualism in English and French will be considered an asset.
