The annual renewal process is a requirement for all Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) and Regulated International Student Immigration Advisors (RISIAs).
This year, licensees must complete the Annual Renewal Form through the College Portal between June 1, 2026, at 12:01 am ET and July 1, 2026, at 11:59 pm ET.
Licensees who do not complete the form by the deadline will be charged a fine and their licence to practise may be suspended.
Payment of Annual Fees
On July 1, 2026, the College will invoice the full annual fees or the first quarterly payment to licensees through the College Portal. Licensees must pay their invoice by 11:59 pm ET on July 31, 2026.
Licensees who do not pay by the deadline will face additional fees and their licence to practise will be suspended.
Resignations
Licensees who plan to resign their licence and want to avoid being charged annual fees for the upcoming year can submit a resignation application through the College Portal by June 1, 2026.
Further Information
During the annual renewal process, the College encourages licensees to review the current By-laws, Regulations, and the Code of Professional Conduct.
Licensees should also watch for an email reminder in May, which will include a checklist of the information they must submit.
