In June 2024, the College invited licensees required to join the New-Licensee Mentoring Program to register as mentees.
Developed to improve competence, ethical practice and professional conduct, this program is a requirement for all RCICs who received their Letter of Authority on or after July 1, 2022.
For licensees yet to register for the program, this is a
final reminder that applications must be submitted before 5:30 PM ET on
Friday, August 9, 2024, and the applicable program fees should be paid by August 16, 2024. Failure to register and complete the program within the first 2 enrolments could result in licence suspension.
The 2024 session is scheduled to run from September 16, 2024 to January 31, 2025. Mentors play a critical role in the program by guiding new licensees through hands-on practice and contributing to raising practice standards across the profession.
