New-Licensee Mentoring Program: Next Session Underway

The next session of the New-Licensee Mentoring Program is scheduled to run from October 27, 2026, to March 28, 2027.

The program is mandatory for all Class L1 Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) and Class L3 RCIC-IRBs licensed after July 1, 2022, to meet the conditions of their licence.

This summer, more than 280 experienced RCICs applied to become mentors in the program. By serving as mentors, licensees have the opportunity to enhance their leadership skills, expand their professional networks and make a lasting difference in the profession.

The College thanks all licensees who applied as mentors to support the program. Applicants are advised that the selection process may take up to 2 months, allowing the College time to carefully review applications and match mentors with mentee groups.

Licensees required to join the program as mentees are in their final stages of registration and will be advised on next steps in the coming weeks. In preparation for the upcoming session, mentees are advised to use a desktop or laptop computer to access program platforms and upload submissions. Tablets and mobile devices may not support all program features.
