The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants will hold an Annual General Meeting of College Licensees (AGM) on November 27, 2025, commencing at 1:30 pm MT, in Calgary, Alberta.
To be eligible to attend or vote, licensees (RCICs and RISIAs) must be in good standing on October 27, 2025. To check your status, please search the Public Register found on the College website.
Licensees may attend the AGM either in person or virtually. Please register in advance online as seating is limited.
A question/answer session will be held during the AGM. To ensure that the meeting runs smoothly and that as many questions as possible can be addressed, we will be accepting only pre-submitted questions. This approach allows us to group similar inquiries, provide clear and accurate responses, and manage our limited meeting time effectively.
While some participants may prefer to ask questions from the floor, experience has shown that doing so can lead to disruptions and prevent other important questions from being answered. Our goal is to maintain a respectful, organized, and productive discussion for everyone’s benefit. Submit your questions before November 21 at 5 pm ET to secretariat@college-ic.ca.
