Specialization Program: Applications Open for the 2025-2026 Schedule

The College is now accepting applications for the 2025-2026 Specialization Program Schedule.

The Specialization Program provides Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) with the knowledge, skills and judgment required to practise safely and ethically before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) by obtaining the RCIC-IRB class of licence.

To apply for the program, licensees must submit the Specialization Program Pathway Application Form and pay the program fee by the invoiced deadline when placed in a group.

As licensees proceed with the application process, be aware of:
1. Limited Availability – Licensees are encouraged to apply early, as spaces are limited and groups may be filled before the Education Pathway Application Deadlines.
2. Course Schedule – Review the Course and Live Tutorial Dates for Education Pathway schedule before indicating your preferred groups in the application form.
3. Re-enrolment – Licensees who wish to re-enrol in the program for the 2025-2026 schedule must submit a new application. Program fees may be adjusted for licensees re-enrolling in the program.
4. Program Withdrawal – If you withdraw from the program after registration, program and course fees are non-refundable. Refer to the Withdrawal Policy for more information.
