Specialization Program Applications Open

Applications are now open for the Specialization Program’s 2025 schedule for licensees who wish to obtain the RCIC-IRB class of licence.

Licensees wishing to enrol in the 2025 schedule must complete the Specialization Program Pathway Application Form and pay the program fee by the invoiced deadline when placed in a group.

Applicants are advised of the following:
1. Limited Availability – Licensees are encouraged to apply early as spaces are limited and groups may be filled before the Education Pathway Application Deadline.
2. Course Schedule – Review the Course and Live Tutorial Dates for Education Pathway schedule before indicating your preferred groups in the application form. Some groups do not include all 5 Specialization Program Education Pathway courses.
3. Re-enrolment – Licensees who wish to re-enrol in the program for the 2025 schedule must submit a new application. Program fees will be adjusted for licensees re-enrolling in the program.
4. Program Withdrawal – If you withdraw from the program after registration, program and course fees are non-refundable. Refer to the Withdrawal Policy for more information on program withdrawal, penalties and deadlines.

Important Notice – As of July 1, 2023, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) who do not hold the RCIC-IRB class of licence are not authorized to represent clients before IRB tribunals or offer any related services. This includes oral hearings, written submissions, preparation or advice on a no-fee basis.
