• Christine Robles of C.C. Vida Immigration Services, in Mississauga, Ontario, appealed a Registrar’s decision to revoke their licence for failure to pay annual fees to the Registrar Appeal Committee. The committee found no error in the Registrar’s decision. The Appellant failed to provide a complete response to the appeal process and the appeal was considered abandoned and dismissed. Costs in the amount of $1,500 were awarded to the College.
• Maharshi Rajeshkumar Maisuri of NVenture Immigration Services Ltd., in Surrey, British Columbia, appealed a Registrar’s decision to revoke their licence for failure to complete their Annual Renewal as well as pay a late submission fine. The committee found that the Appellant failed to participate in the appeal process by filing the appropriate submissions. The appeal was considered abandoned, and the merits were not considered further. Costs in the amount of $3,766.67 were awarded to the College.
