Tribunal Actions - March 2025

Here is the recent Tribunal Action by the College. Visit our Disciplinary Proceedings and Tribunal page to view the full decisions.

•      Harneet Singh, of iSingh Services and Immigration Consultancy in Lachine, Quebec, had conditions imposed on their licence following findings of professional misconduct by the Discipline Committee. The licensee admitted to several breaches of the Code of Professional Ethics (2019) by failing to: maintain quality services, meet deadlines regarding appeals before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB), and failing to co-operate during the College’s investigation. As the RCIC is now L3 qualified, had already served a 12-month disciplinary suspension and had been prohibited from practising before the IRB for 9 months, the Discipline Committee ordered the licensee to provide quarterly reporting to the College, take several Practice Management Education courses, pay a fine of $8,000 and pay costs to the College in the amount of $8,000.
